Our unique “Try It at Home” service allows you to select up to three frames to try on in the comfort of your home. Our driver will deliver them to you, and you can purchase the one that suits you best.
While we don’t offer frame customization, we do provide customized gift boxes and paper wraps to make your gift truly special and unique.
While we don’t offer general warranties on our eyewear, we do stand by the quality of our products. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we’ll address the issue with our supplier. Additionally, we offer guarantees on select frames, especially for kids, based on our supplier agreements. Rest assured; each piece is carefully selected to meet our quality standards.

At the moment, we accept cash payments, both for in-shop purchases and cash-on-delivery orders.
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Note that gift cards, sale items, and promotional offers are non-refundable.
Returns are only accepted for items that are unused and in their original condition. If evidence is provided showing that the item has been worn, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We recommend using the special solution and soft tissue provided with each purchase for cleaning the lenses. Avoid using alcohol on the frames and refrain from using paper tissues or towels, as they can cause scratches.
