Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items on sale or promotional offers.

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

There are circumstances where only partial refunds are sanctioned:

  • Any item not in its original state, damaged, or missing components not due to our mistake.
  • Any product returned beyond 15 days post-delivery.
  • If evidence is provided (e.g., online pictures) showing that the client has worn the item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll email you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 days.

Late or Missing Online Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received the refund, please email us at info@seenoptics.com

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at info@seenoptics.com and send the item to our address.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for your return’s value. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

Mail your product for return to our store address. You’re responsible for shipping costs when returning items. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from it.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of the returned item.
